The story.

Arc II is what happens after the music softens. People find a corner, a sofa, a candle, a long conversation.

Where Arc I is loud, Arc II is warm. The silk moves slowly. The leather is soft from the first wear. The candle is already lit when you walk in.

A country cannot only celebrate. Arc II gives the republic somewhere to rest, and gives Ziesta, its festival of rest, a wardrobe of its own.

It balances the first Arc, so Signal I feels whole instead of loud.
